Does your company offer a warranty?
Sparks Builders offers a one year warranty on all finished projects.
Are you quick to respond to issues within the warranty timeframe?
Yes. We do our best to resolve any issues within the warranty period.
How does your company handle clients? Is it truly a working relationship?
Our goal is to develop a friendship between our clients and ourselves, and we respect all customers and their desires, goals, and outcomes.
If you notice discrepancies between the blueprint and the job site, will you proceed with the blueprint and offer a change bill later? Or will you attempt to address the discrepancy before errors are made?
If we notice and verify any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or otherwise general engineering mistakes between the job site and the official blueprints, we will cease production and discuss the proper alternative course of action with our client. We do our very best to stand by our initial estimates. However, additional invoices are considered for any additions throughout the course of construction.
Does your company stand by completion days and respect late penalties?
We are aware of time constraints and do our best to stay within deadlines. After all, on-time project completion is mutually beneficial. However, if delays occur, penalty amends will be considered.
